Following our previous successful cooperation, we prepared another conference for the company dealing with the development of technologies for medical purposes. Some 160 participants gathered in Hotel Bristol Kempinski from 14 to 16 June 2010 to discuss their strategy for the next period. Contech prepared a stage in the hall where the most important events of the congress took place. We prepared a double projection system with independent switching of displays (presentations, cameras etc.), projection of the client's logos, as well as scenic lighting with intelligent heads Martin, GLP and theatre reflectors Arri. The sound system included the high-performance RCF audio system as a concert was staged as an invitation for the Tuesday programme. Speakers were provided wireless as well as wired microphones on the interactive speaker's desk displaying also the client's logo. The entire course of this three-day event was recorded with a camera, with a five-minute cut of the previous days' events presented to the participants during the concluding speech. On Tuesday night, a concert of a soul group was staged in the PURO club so as to ease-off the demanding programme, with our company providing the complete sound system contributing to a very pleasant atmosphere of the night.
